Caroline joined the practice in 1997 as a trainee, qualifying as a Solicitor and becoming a partner in 1999. She took over the practice in 2008.
Caroline has practiced in and around Torbay throughout her career gaining extensive experience in local property transactions.
In her spare time Caroline can be found attending local Churches to teach bellringing and enjoying real ales.

Julie qualified as a solictor in 2001 and practised for many years in the West Midlands before relocating to Devon.
She joined the Practice in 2019 and undertakes family law within the practice.
Outside the office, Julie is kept busy with her children and two Cockapoos. She is also a keen gardener and never misses an opportunity to be out in the garden or visiting National Trust gardens for inspiration.

Angela qualified in 2002, working in Paignton for 12 years and joined Roger Richards in 2015.
Prior to embarking on a career in law, Angela had been involved in a wide range of businesses which has led to a keen understanding of the problems that can face clients from all walks of life. Angela always looks to find a practical solution for clients before resorting to costly litigation.
Away from work Angela loves to travel, music, dancing, reading and loves to rustle up a meal for friends accompanied by a nice red wine!

Samantha is an Associate Legal Executive. She has been practicing in Private Client matters for the past six years, having previously practiced in family work for the past 15 years.
She is able to provide advice in relation to Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, Grant of Probate applications and Estate Administration matters.

Sarah has been a Legal Cashier for over 30 years and is our longest serving member of staff. She has been a Member of the Institute of Legal Cashiers & Adminstrators (ILCA) since 1988 and more recently the Institute of Legal Finance and Management (ILFM).
Sarah manages the day to day running of the Accounts Department, including Banking, Billing, Invoicing and VAT.
Sarah is also one of our Mental Health First Aiders and helps to promote a healthy and happy working environment for all our staff.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys cooking, spa days and cocktails!

Guy joined Roger Richards Solicitors in 2001 after working in a number of management roles predominantly in Building Societies in various parts of the Country.
Returning to his home town of Brixham, Guy now runs our Brixham office and in addition to making appointments for clients, he deals with all advertising and marketing enquiries for the firm.
Out of the office Guy has a keen interest in bellringing. He enjoys walking, watching motor sports and socialising, especially with a pint of real ale or a decent glass of red wine!
