Robert Heslett, President of the Law Society of England and Wales, commented “Roger Richards Solicitors’ achievement of gaining Lexcel accreditation proves a commitment to the continual development of the practice’s management standards. By implementing policies, plans, processes and procedures within Lexcel’s key areas, such as client service and risk management, Roger Richards Solicitors will become even more effective in managing their practice. In addition, this achievement shows the positive steps taken by Roger Richards Solicitors to help clients in the increasingly diverse, complicated and competitive legal market.”

Commenting on the award, Senior Partner Caroline Thompson said: “We believe in providing a quality service and in treating clients as individuals. We are always happy to discuss their needs and indeed, we encourage our clients to just ‘drop in’ if they are passing and we will see them if it is at all possible without an appointment.

We are keen to promote a practice free from the stuffiness, stress and strain sometimes associated with solicitors. Our experienced team of solicitors provides quality legal advice of the highest standard. We aim to provide a first class professional, yet personal service at all times which has been endorsed by receiving the award. We are proud of our progressive approach and delighted to have been recognised in this way by the Law Society. Fantastic!”
